Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 2026
High Point Research Compounds is committed to making this site usable by everyone, including people who browse with screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.
The standard we work to
We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We do not claim the site is fully conformant today. Accessibility is something we test and improve as the site changes, and we would rather tell you that plainly than assert a standard we have not independently audited.
What we have done
- Text and background colours are checked against the WCAG AA contrast ratio of 4.5:1 rather than judged by eye.
- Every interactive control — links, buttons, form fields, the product image gallery — is reachable and operable by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
- Form fields have persistent labels, not placeholder text standing in for them, and errors are announced as text rather than by colour alone.
- Product images carry descriptive alternative text; decorative imagery is hidden from assistive technology so it is not read out.
- Page structure uses real headings and landmarks, so a screen reader can navigate by section.
- Motion on the site is decorative and does not convey information on its own.
Known limitations
Parts of the checkout are provided by third parties — our payment form and identity verification step — and we do not control their markup. If you encounter a barrier at that stage, contact us and we will complete your order with you directly rather than leaving you to work around it.
Reporting a barrier
If any part of this site prevents you from finding information or completing a purchase, tell us. Email highpointpeptides@gmail.com with the page address and a description of the problem, including the assistive technology and browser you were using if you know them.
We acknowledge every report within 1 business day and will tell you what we intend to do about it. Where a fix will take time, we will offer an alternative way to complete what you were trying to do.
For concerns unrelated to accessibility, see Report a Concern.
