Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run the store:

• Account information from Google sign-in — your name and email address
• Order information — shipping address, phone number, and the items you purchase
• Anything you enter into our contact form or provide to verify a research purchase
• Standard technical data your browser sends, such as your IP address, used for security and to keep the site working

We do notcollect or store raw card or bank account numbers — see Payment Processing below.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with the providers who operate the store on our behalf, and only as needed for them to do so:

• Supabase— hosts our database and manages account sign-in
• Vercel— hosts and serves the website
• Google— provides sign-in; we receive your name and email, nothing more
• Merit / Attestly and Stripe— verify your eligibility to purchase and process payment. Card details are entered directly with them and never reach our servers.
• Resend— sends order and shipping emails
• ShipStation— prints labels and provides tracking; receives your shipping address for orders you place
• Government authorities where we are legally required to disclose

Each provider handles your data under its own privacy policy. We share the minimum each one needs and nothing more.

Our compliance provider uses automated systems, which may include artificial intelligence, to verify that purchases are for legitimate research use and to detect fraud. This helps decide whether an order can proceed.

We do not use your personal data to train artificial intelligence models, and we do not sell it to anyone who does. If we ever add an automated decision that materially affects you, we will say so here and provide a way to request human review.

We use your information to:

• Fulfill orders and process transactions
• Communicate order updates or respond to inquiries
• Verify eligibility to purchase and prevent fraud
• Improve our products, services, and website
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We keep order and transaction records for as long as required to fulfill the order and to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry. When data is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or anonymize it.

All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers (Merit / Attestly and Stripe). High Point Research Chemicals does not store or directly process any raw credit card or bank account information.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access or request a copy of your data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and personal information
• Opt out of marketing communications

To request access or deletion, email highpointpeptides@gmail.com from the address on your account. We will verify the request and respond within a reasonable time. Note that we may need to retain certain order records where the law requires it — for example, for tax purposes — even after an account is deleted.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, access controls, and least-privilege database credentials. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and avoid sharing sensitive data unless necessary.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, keep our shopping cart working, and remember your preferences. The sign-in and cart cookies are essential to the site functioning.

Our website and products are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and purchases are restricted to qualified researchers 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child without parental consent, we will delete that information.
