Report a Concern
If you believe anything on this site is unlawful, misrepresented, or in breach of our terms — including any listing, claim, or customer interaction — report it and we will investigate.
How to report
Email highpointpeptides@gmail.com with the subject line “Concern report”.
Where possible, include the page address, what specifically concerns you, and any order number involved. You do not need to be a customer to submit a report.
How quickly we respond
- We acknowledge every report within 1 business day.
- We investigate and resolve complaints concerning unlawful content within 7 business days of receipt.
- We will tell you the outcome, including where we conclude no action is warranted and why.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, reply to our response and ask for the matter to be escalated. If your concern relates to a card payment, you also retain the right to contact your card issuer directly.
